Alex states:<br /><br /> Each year, thousands of children turn up missing. Some are found. But most, unfortunately, are not. Many of the children are victims of abduction, some are runaways, and a large handful of them . . . have been EATEN by monsters. However, the digestive system of many monsters is abnormally slow, and a large portion of these children that have been eaten are still ALIVE, patiently waiting to be saved. </span><br />Check it out at <a href="http://www.upperplayground.com/feature/story/alex_pardee_s_letters_from_digested_children_at_fifty24sf_galley_1_8_1_26_09_38">the Upper Playground gallery</a>...Geoff Gasparhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05284312469106560475noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5280486489107634425.post-49929693656531089402008-11-11T19:29:00.000-05:002008-11-11T19:34:47.791-05:00Manhole covers...<p class="mobile-photo"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_N8Z63MLOjKA/SRokqPYaGBI/AAAAAAAAAFE/Hk-fzsosp60/s1600-h/%3D%3Futf-8%3FB%3FSU1HMDA0OTMuanBn%3F%3D-787792"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_N8Z63MLOjKA/SRokqPYaGBI/AAAAAAAAAFE/Hk-fzsosp60/s320/%3D%3Futf-8%3FB%3FSU1HMDA0OTMuanBn%3F%3D-787792" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267563022265227282" /></a></p>It's been a while since I posted one... She had some gangster in her, but she's all but totally lost it. Now that trafficking involves more than just some illicit substances, it's all too much for her. I guess she's always had a moral code, but she's definitely being pushed way far outside her comfort zone (so much so that she's physically pained by migraines?). <br /><br />"F*ck you Juda!" was particularly hard to hear (a little harder than seeing the engagement and wedding rings come off). <br /><br />On a lighter note... Favorite quote of the show: <br />"Hey, on TV -- they don't handcuff people for their interventions." -Celia Hodes<br /><br /><br />AND NOW... scenes from next week's episode: <br><br><br />Mary Louise Parker should win an Emmy just for this one... <br /><embed src="http://services.brightcove.com/services/viewer/federated_f8/271552642" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" flashVars="videoId=1736991530&playerId=271552642&viewerSecureGatewayURL=https://console.brightcove.com/services/amfgateway&servicesURL=http://services.brightcove.com/services&cdnURL=http://admin.brightcove.com&domain=embed&autoStart=false&" base="http://admin.brightcove.com" name="flashObj" width="100%" height="412" seamlesstabbing="false" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" swLiveConnect="true" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"></embed><br /><br /><br><br>I'm going to write you up on ChowHound!<br /><embed src="http://services.brightcove.com/services/viewer/federated_f8/271552642" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" flashVars="videoId=1736991534&playerId=271552642&viewerSecureGatewayURL=https://console.brightcove.com/services/amfgateway&servicesURL=http://services.brightcove.com/services&cdnURL=http://admin.brightcove.com&domain=embed&autoStart=false&" base="http://admin.brightcove.com" name="flashObj" width="100%" height="412" seamlesstabbing="false" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" swLiveConnect="true" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"></embed>Geoff Gasparhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05284312469106560475noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5280486489107634425.post-15138784714068889952008-08-18T10:58:00.004-04:002008-08-18T11:03:57.449-04:00A manhole cover for your front door!?!Check it out!
